Someone might want to inform the esteemed senator that (a) the FCC generally doesn't police cable

, and (b) because they're not over-the-air networks, neither FNC nor MSNBC holds a broadcast license that could even hypothetically be revoked.  Details aside, Rockefeller is really just spouting off about his internal "hunger" to censor news programming that doesn't suit his fancy, or that makes it harder "for us to do our work here in Congress."
