Rothenberg Projects Stronger GOP Gains in House

Political handicapper Stu Rothenberg is playing catch up with Larry Sabato and Charlie Cook by revising his GOP House gain projections upwards.  Rothenberg now predicts Republicans will pick up 37-42 seats in November, up nine points from the 28-33 range he issued in his previous analysis.  Republicans need to win 39 House seats to unburden Mme. Pelosi of her Speaker's gavel.
