Majority of Americans Trust Their Own Judgment Over President's on Economy

A new Rassmussen Reports poll finds that 65% of likely voters trust their judgment on the economy over President Barack Obama's. That's particularly frustrating news when trying to run a re-election campaign. The good news for Obama is that blaming Bush still isn't quite out of vogue:

"52% of voters say the nation’s current economic problems are due to the recession that began under George W. Bush. Forty-three percent (43%) blame Obama’s policies for the poor state of the economy. Voters were more evenly divided on this question in June."
