White House Suggests Supreme Court Not Look at Health Care Ruling Just Yet

At first, I was a bit surprised anyone could expect the Obama administration to agree with Virginia's attorney general in asking that the court case against Obamacare be fast tracked to the Supreme Court.

But, I think it's a legit point to believe if the Obama administration had everyone's best interest at heart, they would prefer a final ruling on the case so that everyone was on the same page and knew exactly what provisions they had to start implementing/stop implementing before the mess gets any more out of control.

Not so. LifeNews reports the Obama administration filed papers Monday asking the Supreme Court to hold off considering the case until the federal appeals judge gets a look at it.
