Round 4 Gets Weird at RNC Voting

Round 4 of RNC voting for the next chairman just wrapped up here:

Priebus now has 58
Cino gains to come in second, she's now at 29.
Wagner drops to 28.
Steele also drops to 28.

Anuzis gains three votes to get back to his original tally of 24.

There was one write-in candidate, but since that candidate wasn't formally nominated, the vote doesn't count.
