Resign Gov. Sanford, Resign Now!

It's not time for press conferences right now, Mr. Governor, it's a time to resign as Governor. I have had the opportunity to hear Mark Sanford speak at dinners and admittedly enjoyed the message he delivered. Well, today, he has delivered another message - he cheats on his wife and doesn't understand the importance of a vow to that wife.

This should be a zero tolerance issue for Republicans - there should be no wiggle room at all. I am not judging him as a man, that is for the almighty. I am not judging him as a husband, that's for his wife. I am judging him as someone who had the public trust and he violated that - and he should go. It doesn't have to be a big show, just go.
