ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos announced on Monday's "Good Morning America" that he's tested positive for COVID-19, several weeks after his wife contracted the disease. He appears to be asymptomatic.

"I feel fine, Robin, I feel great," Stephanopoulos told his co-anchor Robin Roberts.

In fact, his diagnosis has been pretty mild compared to other COVID-19 patients.

"I've never had a fever, never had a cough, never had shortness of breath," he explained

His wife Ali Wentworth, however, had a much different experience. She was diagnosed with the virus several weeks ago and experienced all of the above symptoms and more. She shared a glimpse of her misery.

ABC News doctor Jennifer Ashton explained that at least 1 in 4 people with the coronavirus show no symptoms, which can help explain how quickly it's spread.

Several other news anchors, including CNN's Chris Cuomo and Brooke Baldwin, have also tested positive for the coronavirus. Cuomo has continued to host his show from his basement and has been pretty candid about his symptoms. On one especially disturbing night, Cuomo says he experienced a terrible fever and hallucinations in which his deceased father, former New York Gov. Mario Cuomo, was talking to him.
