Chelsea Clinton Condemns Louis Farrakhan's Latest Anti-Semitic Remarks

Chelsea Clinton is urging her fellow Democrats to condemn Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan after he delivered yet another controversial speech about the Jewish community. In a recent speech to his congregation, Farrakhan compared Jews to termites. He also called his Jewish critics "stupid," and his listeners laughed.

“To members of the Jewish community who don’t like me, thank you very much, for putting my name all over the planet because of your fear of what we represent," Farrakhan said. "I can go anywhere in the world and they’ve heard of Farrakhan. Thank you very much.”

"I’m not mad at you, because you’re so stupid," the religious leader added. "Every knock is a boost.”

He continued: “They call me an anti-Semite. Stop it. I’m anti-Termite. I don’t know about hating somebody because of their religious preference.”

Farrakhan has long shared prejudiced sentiments against the Jewish people. In February, he told an audience that "powerful Jews” are his "enemy.”

“Farrakhan has pulled the cover off the eyes of the Satanic Jew and I’m here to say your time is up, your world is through," he added. "You good Jews better separate because the satanic ones will take you to hell with them because that’s where they are headed.”

Interestingly, Chelsea's father and former President Bill Clinton shared a stage with Farrakhan at the funeral of Aretha Franklin in September and shook his hand. Some critics say Clinton should've refused to even be seen with him.
