Hillary to Attend Inauguration

On Tuesday, it was announced that former President George W. Bush and Laura Bush will be attending the Donald Trump inauguration on January 20. It was a bit surprising, considering Bush admitted he did not vote for Trump on Election Day and his family had been a favorite target of Trump's during the campaign.

Now, however, we have a couple more surprising guests: Bill and Hillary Clinton.

New York Magazine has the scoop, noting why the defeated Democratic nominee ultimately decided to attend.

Two well-placed sources tell New York that over the past few weeks Hillary Clinton discussed with trusted advisers and friends whether or not she should attend the inaugural. She and President Clinton, the sources said, decided to do so out of a sense of duty and respect for the American democratic process.
