Rep. Mia Love (R-Utah) could not hold back tears while discussing those horrid Planned Parenthood videos with Lou Dobbs Wednesday on Fox Business Network.
“It’s absolutely horrific,” she said. “I get a little bit emotional just thinking about it and seeing what has happened here.”
Based on how she struggled through her answer, she was clearly telling the truth.
Who can blame her? An organization that was caught harvesting tissue from aborted babies whose hearts were still beating is receiving over $500 million of tax dollars every year. It’s a pretty distressing topic. Love got more choked up when explaining that the Center for Medical Progress’s findings are especially upsetting since America’s first priorities are to protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
“It’s our job to protect those who do not have a voice to protect themselves," she explained. "To see what is actually happening to babies while they’re still alive, it’s horrific.”
The battle against Planned Parenthood has gained necessary steam thanks to the Center for Medical Progress and its 3-year investigation into their inhumane abortion agenda.
Concerned Congress members have seen the undercover videos and are taking steps to defund and investigate the organization.
