Some very happy news to report: Former President George H.W. Bush has been released from Houston's Methodist Hospital. Bush had quite the health scare and was admitted into the hospital on January 14th after coming down with pneumonia. What was initially supposed to be a short stay was extended into over two weeks with the former president suffering complications that found him admitted into the ICU.

His wife, Barbara, also spent a weekend in the hospital after suffering from exhaustion.
A statement from Jim McGrath, the family's spokesperson, confirmed the good news in a tweeted press release.
