Wow: Look At Germany's Tribute To The Victims of Yesterday's Terrorist Attack in Israel

On Sunday, four Israelis were killed when a truck driven by a jihadist plowed into a crowd of soldiers. On Monday, Berlin's Brandenburg Gate featured a projection of the Israeli flag as a show of solidarity.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the gesture was a sign of support of the two nations' "common struggle against terrorism."

Many people commented how they were flabbergasted that a building that was emblematic of Nazi Germany had undergone such a transformation less than a century later.

The gate has also been illuminated in other nations' flags after terrorist attacks.
