This is Matthew D. Erickson, who is running for Congress as a Republican in Minnesota's second district. Minnesota's primary is on Tuesday. Erickson is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, and is very, very humble about his IQ of 152.

He's also very uncensored on Twitter, as evidenced by this tweet:

Erickson is in a four-way race. The incumbent, Rep. John Kline (R-MN), is not seeking re-election.
