Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has won the D.C. Republican Caucus. Gov. John Kasich was second, and Donald Trump was third. Rubio and Kasich will split the delegates.

D.C.'s caucuses had "massive" turnout with extremely long lines, and voters reported waiting hours to vote.
This is Rubio's third win. He also won the Minnesota caucus on Super Tuesday as well as Puerto Rico.
