Maine Gov. Paul LePage Also Endorses Donald Trump

On Friday afternoon, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) made a somewhat surprising endorsement of Donald Trump for president. I tweeted a guess that my home state's governor, Paul LePage (R), would be the next to endorse Trump for president:

And about three hours later, my guess proved to be correct as LePage followed Christie's lead and also endorsed Trump:

LePage teased his endorsement on Twitter, before appearing on the Howie Carr Show.

More on LePage's endorsement:

LePage had previously endorsed Christie, who is one of his close friends. Thus, following in his footsteps on endorsing Trump isn't too big of a bombshell.
