 to five states, including Nevada.  The trip no doubt has nothing to do with giving a political boost to Harry Reid, to whom the President has become personally close -- but when it comes to President Obama and spending, the Las Vegas jokes come all too easily.

The mantra of the administration seems to be:  See a problem?  Throw (someone else's) money at it.
