It's an ominous sign for Harry Reid's Senate health care plan that Joe Lieberman has essentially ruled out voting for it

Missouri senator Claire McCaskill's insistence that she'll need to see costs actually being reduced -- according to CBO scoring -- before she'll support the bill.

Keep in mind that while Lieberman is from a state rife with insurance companies, McCaskill isn't.  She's from a bellwether, swing state -- and she was one of President Obama's earliest supporters.  The fact that she's now stalling -- and making her decision contingent on CBO numbers -- isn't encouraging for those pushing ReidCare.
