More evidence from Gallup:
So far, early turnout consists of about equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats. (And Bill Dyer, a/k/a Beldar, blogging at Hugh Hewitt's site, provides an indispensable explanation of why any reports of Democrat early voters outnumbering Republicans doesn't necessarily signal the tsunami presumed by the press).
So far, there is no increase in the number of first-time voters -- i.e., all the people that ACORN "registered." Even the New York Times admits didn't register as many voters as they had claimed to. (Of course, that doesn't mean they won't try to cheat).
