Can the Left Go One Day Without Criticizing President Trump? No, They Cannot.

Can the Left Go One Day Without Criticizing President Trump? No, They Cannot.

We get it, Lefties. You hate President Trump. You despise Republicans, and you want to destroy America. But the complaints of the Left grow more desperate and ridiculous by the day, which shows us they can't come up with any real criticisms of the Trump administration and would rather look foolish complaining about things like the ribbons on the Medals of Honor President Trump recently conferred on three service members.

Two of those recipients, Master Sergeant Roderick Edmonds and Staff Sergeant Michael Ollis received their Medals of Honor posthumously, but Command Sergeant Major Terry Richardson was there to receive his Medal of Honor.

One Lefty had a problem with the length of the ribbon which, we admit, is short.

But here's the thing: that's the standard for the Medal of Honor ribbon. The Code of Federal Regulations says the ribbon should be 21.75 inches in length. It does not vary from administration to administration.

That's what they do best: blame first, get embarrassed by the facts later.

If it were me, I'd be embarrassed to make such a mistake. But, then again, I'm not a Lefty.

When confronted with the reality, she doubled down, too.

With the deepest respect to Sergeant Richardson, he is a little heavier than the men in those pictures. But why let facts get in the way of a good anti-Trump narrative?

This is exhausting, but it's a day ending in -y for the Left. They are all afflicted with a case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, and it's terminal. It's also a symptom of the Left's tribalism (something the right isn't devoid of, mind you). They can't take a good moment, one that's meant for unity, and just enjoy it. They have to turn it into a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory about President Trump's ego.

But once again, I notice these criticisms and attacks are not focused on substantive issues. Instead, like the Democrats the poster likely votes for, the Left is doubling down on these ridiculous attacks, embracing outlandish policies, and continuing down the path of political insanity. It tells me 2026 isn't the slam-dunk for Democrats that the Left is saying it will be.

What makes this episode especially absurd is the context. The Medal of Honor isn’t about ribbon length, optics, or social media views. It’s about men who risked — and in two cases gave — their lives for others and in the service of their nation. It’s about courage under fire, sacrifice, and the kind of character most Americans, save Leftists, still recognize and respect. Reducing a moment like that to a conspiracy theory about President Trump says far more about the critics than it does about the ceremony or the President.

And if this is the best the Left can muster — obsessing over the length of a ribbon while ignoring the heroism of the men wearing it — then they’ve made something clear about the state of their politics. When your arguments are this small, it usually means your ideas are running out.
