Obama Unplugged, According to Dean

Dean Barnett, who used to blog here at Townhall before going over to the Weekly Standard, has a great story about how poorly Obama speaks without his trusty Teleprompter.

Barnett writes, "Shorn of his Teleprompter, we saw a different Obama. His delivery was halting and unsure. He looked down at his obviously copious notes every few seconds throughout his speech. Unlike the typical Obama oration where the words flow with unparalleled fluidity, he stumbled over his phrasing repeatedly."
