Okay everyone we are wrapping it up for the night! See you again tomorrow at 1 p.m. ET for the final round of opening arguments.
For a recap, Pam Bondi put the spotlight back on the Bidens, and one GOP senator chided her colleague Mitt Romney for wanting to hear from former national security adviser John Bolton.

What's amazing about Hunter Biden's Burisma dealings: he knows he did something wrong when he did everything in his power to shield his finances from the public in his child support case with a stripper he knocked up. He even filed court documents saying he was unemployed since May 2019 yet in June he bought a house in Beverly Hills. All of that is because he knows he shouldn't have been on Burisma's board.

.@realdonaldtrump’s team is exposing the corruption of Burisma & Hunter Biden’s role on their board. Burisma was being investigated for corruption while VP Biden bragged about withholding aid until the prosecutor looking into their shady deals was fired. #QuidProJoe https://t.co/KNjdOeexMl

A message from the office of the Vice President:
“As matter of policy we don’t typically share or discuss conversations between the President and Vice President, but given the journalistic fury over alleged conversations, the President has given me permission to set the record straight. In every conversation with the President and the Vice President in preparation for our trip to Poland, the President consistently expressed his frustration that the United States was bearing the lion’s share of responsibility for aide to Ukraine and that European nations weren’t doing their part. The President also expressed concerns about corruption in Ukraine. At no time did I hear him tie aid to Ukraine to investigations into the Biden family or Burisma. As White House Counsel presented today, based upon testimony provided by Democrat witnesses in the House hearings, these were the only issues that the Vice President discussed with Ukrainian officials --- because that’s what the President asked him to raise.” – Marc Short, Chief of Staff to Vice President Pence

Ambassador Volker testified that Burisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company where Hunter Biden held a seat on the board, had a very bad reputation for corruption and money laundering. pic.twitter.com/Bzn2Em0MGd
