The Boston Bruins' battle with the St. Louis Blues in the Stanley Cup finals has exposed a sub duel between two famous die hard fans on either side. Actors John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer, AKA lovebirds Jim and Pam on NBC's old hit show "The Office," have been trash talking each other for days as their respective teams duke it out. On Team Bruins is Krasinski, while Fischer is representing St. Louis.

It's unclear who started it, but the pair clearly have to put their friendship on hold until this tournament is over.

Sports media are getting in on the fun too.

Boston forced game 7 with their 5-1 win Sunday night, so Fischer is feeling especially emboldened right now. She offered some context for the duel with her former costar during a ringside interview with NBC in game 6. Her and Krasinski's sports battles are nothing new. While shooting "The Office" one season, the Boston Red Sox and Cardinals were in the World Series, she explained. While she would be cheering in her trailer for St. Louis, Krasinski, B.J. Novak and Steve Carell cheered on Boston. The Red Sox swept it in four.

"It is my turn to rub it in his face!" she said.

Krasinski tweeted back, "Soooooo... I should invite someone else to game 7?"

Game 7 will take place Wednesday on Boston ice.
