Any system that counts immutable characteristics like race, sexuality, and religious views is inherently bad. It's an inherently evil system, so we have to move back to colorblindness. Normal people understand that. DEI is all nonsense; it's all a scam. And in many cases, it is a tool for mediocrities like Harvard President Claudine Gay to advance her career where otherwise she wouldn't.
