Governor Rick Perry (R-TX) recalls a meeting on Monday with President Obama in which he was "highly offended." According to Perry, Obama reportedly said he didn't trust State Governors to make policy on "education" or "transportation infrastructure." Obama also reportedly threatened to "talk to" governors who say that the federal government spends too much.
