Latvian Prime Minister Laimdota Straujuma told Bloomberg that Russia's annexation of Crimea is a matter of values: "it is unacceptable in the 21st century for one country to annex a part of another country. I think that Ukrainian and Russian issue is a concern for Europe and the whole of the world. What concerns Lativia, we're, of course, alarmed or concerned about what's going on in our neighborhood."
