Clinton Doctor: Hillary's Medical Episode Caused By Pneumonia and Antibiotics

Go and read Guy’s analysis of what occurred today with Hillary Clinton. The former first lady left the 9/11 Memorial in New York City around 9:30 a.m. after reportedly being overheated. She was seen stumbling off the curb when her motorcade pulled up, with the Secret Service helping her into the vehicle. Yet, the press pool was not allowed to follow her and they were rebuffed on questions concerning Clinton’s condition and whereabouts for about 90 minutes. The Clinton campaign later said that she was overheated and went to her daughter’s apartment. Yet, in that space, questions about her health dominated the news cycle—and now, seeing the footage, questions about her condition are legitimate. Recently, Clinton’s doctor said that the former secretary of state was diagnosed with pneumonia and is on antibiotics, which accounted for her overheating and dehydration. This diagnosis was only revealed publicly after today’s medical episode (via WaPo):

Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies,” Dr. Lisa R. Bardack said in the statement. “On Friday, during follow up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning’s event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely.”

Still, you have to ask yourself how the media would’ve reacted if this were a Republican nominee, or John McCain, since news organizations wrote rather terrible articles about how he could die in office, the loss of mental capacity at his age, and other health-related issues to marginalize his candidacy with voters. Right now, there are a lot of folks on the Clinton train who are trying to say this isn’t a story? Sorry folks, that’s not how this works. A person who could be the next president vanished after suffering a medical episode without telling the press where she was going for over an hour, about a condition that had yet to be verified. And now we only find out about her having pneumonia? Honestly, if Clinton had just been forthcoming about her pneumonia diagnosis, her antibiotics, and the possible side effects, the frenzy could’ve been less on the intensity level, as she have had an excuse to skip the memorial due to the illness and could've avoided today's fiasco. Instead, she hid it, and now we’re going to talk about her health, along with her emails, and the Clinton Foundation, and why she is just incapable to delivering crippling blows against Republican Donald Trump. This could be another very bad week for Clinton, but I'm not complaining about that.
