It's no surprise President Obama isn't a fan of Congress and he repeatedly laments that he just "can't do things on his own."

In light of the recent negotiations with Russia on Syria, Speaker John Boehner is asking why President Obama is willing to negotiate with President Putin, but not Congress.

In the coming weeks, Congress and the White House will battle over budgetary issues, government spending and the debt ceiling. In a speech earlier this week, Obama accused Congress of "racking up bills" they do not want to pay.
