Education Secretary Urged His Employees To Attend Sharpton's Rally
Here's the beginning of the email, according to a Department of Education employee who leaked it to the Washington Examiner:
ED staff are invited to join Secretary Arne Duncan, the Reverend Al Sharpton, and other leaders on Saturday, Aug. 28, for the 'Reclaim the Dream' rally and march.

He's referring to Sharpton's rally held in direct protest to Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor event on Saturday. Arne Duncan spoke at Sharpton's rally, where he said, among other things, "we know how to sucker-punch" conservatives in 2010.

It's no secret that Duncan is a Democrat. It's also no secret that most federal bureaucrats are Democrats, as well. But we've reached a new low when ED employees — who are at least supposed to be nonpartisan — are urged to fight back at Republicans as part of their job. That adds an element of coercion to the liberal dominance in our federal agencies.
