Hollande: France Will Be 'Tripling Its Forces' Against ISIS

France will be grieving for a long time after Friday's bloodshed. The death toll is still rising, the current number a staggering 132. French President Francois Hollande addressed the tragedy before the French Parliament on Monday, making it clear his nation is not dealing with any ordinary enemy.

“France is at war," says Hollande. “We are not in a war with a civilization, because these people are not one.”

Hollande said France will be increasing its military efforts to "destroy" the evil terror organization.

France is sending an aircraft carrier to the Middle East, according to Hollande, and will be "tripling its forces" in the region to combat ISIS.

"Their crime, far from shaking the resolve of France, reinforces our determination to destroy them,” said Hollande.

Over the weekend, France began launching airstrikes on key ISIS strongholds. Hollande will be meeting with Presidents Obama and Putin to discuss a more united effort against the terrorists.

The French leader also announced he will be introducing a bill to expand France's state of emergency for three months.

Following Hollande's speech, the entire assembly sang the French national anthem.
