A CBS reporter is claiming that White House officials screamed and swore at her while she was pursuing a controversial Department of Justice program that has been a black eye for the administration.

The reporter, Sharyl Attkisson, said on conservative radio host Laura Ingraham's program that White House spokesman Eric Schultz "literally screamed at me and cussed at me" about the DOJ story she'd been covering.

That program, called operation Fast and Furious, involved government agents allowing firearms to slip across the border into Mexico. The government had intended to track those guns as part of a massive sting, but the operation quickly fell apart and the weapons went missing.

Some of those missing guns have since been used in the killing of Mexican officials. A House oversight committee is investigating the operation to determine how far up the chain of command that program went.
