Why Can't We Confidently Say the Entire Trump Indictment Is True?

"If even half of what's in this indictment against Donald Trump is true, he's in big trouble." You heard that all over the place this weekend from every analyst and Republican allowed on the Sunday shows. They all said the same thing: "Wow, this is a really damning indictment if even half of it is true." And this is not a condemnation of those people, but I want to focus on this one, very interesting area. Hearing that over and over and over, it struck me. Why aren't all of these analysts saying Donald Trump is in huge trouble and he's going to jail, 100%? Why do they have to put the caveat "if half of it is true"? Why would only half of the indictment be true? In fact, why would there be anything in an indictment from the federal government that is not 100% true?
