Stopping Obama’s Plan to Subvert the Constitution

On October 30, 2008, Barack Obama proclaimed, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” On November 4, he won the presidency. Ever since that day, he’s been pursuing his vision of fundamentally transforming our country.

President Obama desperately wants to transform America. Every day, we see yet another way he’s succeeding in changing our beloved nation into one that the Founders wouldn’t recognize.

As America’s Supreme Law, the Constitution sets forth what issues are within the power of the federal government, and expressly reserves all other matters to the states or the people themselves through the Tenth Amendment. Within the federal arena, the Constitution defines the role of each of the three branches of government—legislative, executive and judicial—and strictly limits the powers of each.

Although they fall short of really getting it so far it is good that Blackwell and a few others are beginning finally to get some clues as to Obama’s intents for the U.S.A. The other areas where they are falling short is in seeing more completely Obama’s intents, trusting removal of Obama and his minions to the U.S. electorate in Obama-rigged elections, and not acting quickly enough to remove Obama and his cohorts from power before it is too late.

Obama has associated with, all his life, and now appoints,selects, praises and coddles tells us that he is not a patriot. A divider, a mocker and a demagogue. My opinion is that his great interest in Constitutional law was an examination of weaknesses, for the purpose of getting around its protections. No single choice of 'Czar' or other appointee can be said to be for smaller government, less control of goods and services, or concern for rights considered unalienable and from God.
Of course the words are there and proper, but we should judge by actions. And there are the occasional gaffs, that reveal the true feelings of the man.
Also it is good to hear quotes and see videos of when he thinks he is among fellow 'spread the wealth...

Your defense of the COTUS is most admirable, but the pessimist in me is wondering if the best opportunity to thwart Obama's plans has come and gone. These are the recently published figures from the most recent U.S. Justice Department data (2005) on cross race crimes showing that in that year Blacks committed 37, 460 reported rapes or sexual assaults against White women. Most conservatives are not opposed to building infrastructure or a safety net. We just believe that those issues are better addressed at the state level. I'd add that the 'social safety net' was never intended to be a hammock!
