Reid on Short-Term Debt Deal: "We've Made Tremendous Progress"

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) continue to seek a compromise to reopen the government and extend the debt ceiling until next year. A meeting at the White House was canceled Monday, however the senate leaders met twice to discuss negotiations. Big ticket changes on Obamacare are not included in the bill, Peter Cook of Bloomberg said.
