Additionally, the Court will hear arguments in United States v. Comstock, considering how much power the Constitution gives Congress to keep “sexually dangerous” criminals locked up in a civil confinement facility when their prison sentences are complete.
The Court is also expected to hand down decisions in cases that were heard over the past few months. A report will be filed after the Court adjourns for the day.
