McConnell: 'Historic Injection of Liquidity' Needed for Small Businesses

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) affirmed his support for American small businesses, and his intent to pass a substantial relief package, on the Senate floor Wednesday morning.

Leader McConnell originally indicated on Tuesday that he will vote to advance the House’s version of the relief package, but that there will be more “phases” to come in the economic stimulus effort. He encouraged GOP colleagues to do the same:
