On Like Donkey Kong

I'm on the BBC at 11:30 a.m. to talk about blogs and elections. Then I'm at a CNN shindig at Tryst in Adams-Morgan tonight, where they'll have a bunch of lefty and righty bloggers in one room together all night with TV cameras, election results, and booze. Recipe for disaster, that.

CNN's coverage starts at 7 p.m., but who knows how much face time anyone will get. There are gonna be a ton of bloggers there, including my friends Betsy Newmark, Lorie Byrd, and Capt. Ed.

I'm gonna be off and on the blog today, but I'll try to be on the computer as often as possible; there just may be some gaps in there.

In the meantime, relish this headline from the NYT.

Looks like I've got myself a talking point.

GET OUT AND VOTE, EVERYONE! And, call your friends and family!

Update: Kevin has the full list of people who will be at the par-tay. And, to clarify, I'll only be offline long enough to do the BBC thing and get back to the computer. I'll be on all night and blogging at the CNN shindig, so keep refreshing. My co-worker Josue will be updating the homepage all night as well, and Hugh's broadcasting tonight, so make sure you listen in on that.
