Bill Maher Tells Adam Schiff He 'Looks Like A Stalker.' Here's Why.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Friday appeared on Bill Maher's show, where the two discussed the Russia probe.

Interestingly enough, Maher told Schiff he looked like a stalker.

"But this [the Russia probe] was our big gun," Maher explained. "Now it just looks like you're stalking him [President Donald Trump]."

Schiff looked shocked to Maher's words. That's when Maher decided to expand upon what he said.

"...I think in the eyes of the people who don't follow it very closely, which is most of the country," Maher quickly added. "Here's the thing about Bob Mueller. He's like the last – He's like the last thing in America that left and right agreed on. Left and right basically agreed: this is a guy of honor. This is an honest guy. This is an honest broker. Whatever he says goes."

"Americans are not into details. 'Don't read it to me, Bob. Just give me a thumbs up or thumbs down,'" Maher explained.

According to Maher, Mueller concluded he didn't know what took place.

"If you couldn't impeach before [the Mueller report] how are you going to impeach after [its release]?" Maher asked Schiff. "Or should you? Where you at on this?"

"I'm not there yet on impeachment," Schiff replied. "I may get there. He may get me there but here's the awful dilemma that we face: if we don't impeach him, that sends a message that this kind of conduct, this kind of obstruction of justice, this kind of willing use of the help of a foreign adversary, all the lies and cover up, that this is non-impeachable. At the same time, if we do impeach him, and he is acquitted as he'd likely be acquitted, then the message is that those are not impeachable offenses."

"At the end of the day, Bill, there's only one way to deal with this problem, whether we impeach him or not, and that is to vote his ass out of office," Schiff concluded, at which point the audience cheers.

So...wait a minute.

Schiff is now backtracking his thoughts on impeachments? Before the Mueller report was even released he was planning to subpoena Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Attorney General William Barr. For the last two years Schiff has continually pushed the notion that collusion did in fact take place. And he's still pushing the bogus idea, despite Mueller's findings (or lack thereof).

Schiff continues to run with this conspiracy theory, despite Mueller saying no obstruction and no collusion took place. It's the reason Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) drafted a resolution to revoke Schiff's security clearance. It's the reason former House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) believes the CIA should stop providing sensitive information to Schiff. And it's why Schiff has been dubbed the "leader of the tin hat brigade."

No matter what "investigations" take place, Schiff will never be happy unless the Trump administration is taken down. His loyalties lie with the Democratic Party, not the American people.
