The boy was eventually identified as five-year-old Omran Daqneesh. He's on the road to recovery thanks to the "extraordinarily brave" doctors.

Three people were killed and at least 12 people were injured in the bombing, which is believed to have been conducted by either Russian forces or by Assdad's forces. Aleppo has been ravaged during Syria's civil war, and thousands of people have been killed.
A video posted by CNN (which hasn't been verified, but comes from a reputable source) shows the boy's rescue from the building and his haunting, shell-shocked expression in the ambulance.
Devastating.
