Bill de Blasio, New York's new far Left mayor was sworn in just after midnight on January 1 and he isn't wasting any time embracing his new position. His first priority? Banning horses in Central Park and replacing them with electric cars. How romantic. Why? De Blasio believes using horses to pull carriages is inhumane?
