A Thankful Message for President Obama

As Carol noted below, President Obama took his comedy act on the road with a Democratic fundraiser last night in Miami. Obama told supporters that the Tea Party movement "amused" him and joked about how tea partiers

should be thanking him for all his work:

Now, we Tea Partiers are a gracious bunch, so let's give Obama his due:

Thank you, Mr. President. If it weren't for you and your record-breaking deficits, supreme arrogance, unparalleled expansion of entitlements and unrelenting insistence on shredding the Constitution, we would have no Tea Party. I, for one, am eternally grateful to you and your progressive posse for spurring so many people to action to save this country. Thank you for your radical agenda which has reignited so many patriotic Americans' passion to preserve our heritage and secure our nation's future.

I doff my tricorne unto you, sir!
