The New York Times has reported in a lengthy article detailing the Trump Administration's fall-outs, that those who drew up the executive order placing White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon on the National Security Council did not fully brief the president on the matter. And apparently, President Trump is not very happy about it.

In response, the president ordered that, from now on, he must be made aware of all executive orders in the early stages of the drafting process. Further, he required chief of staff Reince Priebus to develop an approach to review all orders. Following Trump's demands, Priebus created a 10-point checklist to be completed for all executive orders.

Fox News stated Priebus' comments to Trump and Bannon.

Priebus told Trump and Bannon that the administration needs to revamp its policy and communications after the recent leaks about the orders coming out.

This new review process came after a time of much confusion due to the Administration's previous executive orders
