.  He also mentions Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich (back in May, I predicted Romney and Huck would square-off again before this is all over).  I also would caution against counting-out Sarah Palin or Bobby Jindal.  Keep in mind that every cycle, it seems, offers up some "surprise" front-runners (few would have predicted Romney or Huckabee would have done so well back in 2004) ...
