After losing in court twice, the Obama Administration will be pushing for a third attempt at implementing a moratorium to stop offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. If successful, the moratorium will be yet another example of the Administration's method of doing whatever it takes to bypass the legal system while destroying thousands of American jobs permanently to serve their own politcal agenda.
