Schools Look to Ban Chocolate Milk

Next on the nanny state hit list: chocolate milk. The Washington Post posted a story last night on attempts to ban the drink in Virginia and Washington, DC.

Some districts (such as Fairfax, Virginia) are actually trying to lift bans on flavored milk, but with healthier versions of it. Other schools in Washington, DC are resisting it with all their might.
