Amtrak CEO Takes a Car to Biden Station Ribbon Cutting

The title speaks for itself. After a power outage left an Acela Express train stranded in Baltimore, Amtrak's Federal Railroad Administration Chief, board member, and CEO abandoned the train to go to a ribbon cutting at the Wilmington, Delaware station. Amtrak is re-dedicating the station to Joe Biden, and after hearing that the Vice President himself would be making an appearance, the three decided to take a car to get there.
