9/11 Co-Conspirators to Be Tried Where They Deserve: Military Tribunal

Fox News is reporting via a DOJ source that Khalild Sheikh Mohammed 9/11 co-conspirators will be tried in a military commission, not a civilian court. Attorney General Eric Holder is holding a press conference this afternoon, presumably to discuss the topic.

The Obama administration's attempt to try a terrorist in civilian court didn't go over so well; Ahmed Gahailani, who helped bomb U.S. embassies in Africa in the '90s, was convicted on one charge out of 285. The charge was conspiracy to blow up a building. He was not convicted on any murder charges according to PBS, even though 224 people died in the attacks.
