Three terrifying incidents have been reported in London, England Saturday. Witnesses say a van mowed down several pedestrians on the London Bridge, attackers stabbed civilians in the Borough Market, and a third incident is unfolding at Vauxhall. One person has reportedly been killed. The situation is ongoing and, in a rare message from the UK's Metropolitan Police, they have asked citizens to "run, hide, and tell."

As many social media users and reporters have noted, this appears to be the first time the metro police has released such a directive.
London Bridge and the London Bridge tube station have closed as authorities investigate the incidents.
