Trump Pushes Back at Unflattering Approval Polls

The numbers are in and they are not flattering for the soon-to-be president of the United States. Three days before he's set to be sworn in, Donald Trump received just 40 percent approval for his transition in new CNN/ORC and ABC News/Washington Post polls. That number, The Hill points out, is the lowest of the last three presidencies.

Yet, these numbers are déjà vu for Trump, who proved nearly all the polls wrong in the 2016 election. He is again dismissing these polls as "rigged."

Most 2016 polls had Hillary Clinton as the clear winner. Investor's Business Daily, however, used a different strategy, polling only likely voters and gauging voter enthusiasm, to predict the opposite (and ultimately correct) conclusion.

Is it possible these pollsters are using the wrong data again?
