For some unknown reason, Reuters promoted a live-stream of the outside of outgoing White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer's house. Spicer stepped down from his position on Friday morning following the appointment of Anthony Scaramucci to the role of White House Communications Director.

Just...why? Why is this necessary? Crazy people are out there who may not have Spicer's (or his family's) best interests at heart. Barely a month ago someone attempted to assassinate several Republican members of Congress while they were at baseball practice, and probably would have succeeded had Majority Whip Steve Scalise's security detail not been there. Is it really safe or wise to broadcast what Spicer's house looks like? We live in a world where innovative 4chan users managed to triangulate a location using only airplane trails--people are scary good at figuring things out. What's the use of this feed?
I'd argue that there are times when it's appropriate to live-stream a house--like when former Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez holed up at his house when he was fleeing murder charges--but I'd also argue that a man resigning from his job is definitely not one of them. Spicer was the press secretary, not the president of the United States.

Others agreed that Reuters had crossed a line in this instance, calling the feed "disgusting."
Reminder that Sean Spicer is father of two small children and doing a live-feed of his families private residence is disgusting @Reuters pic.twitter.com/IaoTj5xhTm
