Wow: Lawyer Details Injuries Man Dragged Off United Flight Received; Calls Apology "Staged"

In a press conference on Thursday, Thomas Demetrio, the lawyer for the man dragged off a flight on Monday, described the injuries his client Dr. David Dao received in the incident. Dao lost his two front teeth, received a concussion, and severely broke his nose.

According to Demetrio, Dao will need facial reconstruction surgery, but has been discharged from the hospital. Dao does not have memories of running back onto the plane due to his concussion.

Demetrio also called United's eventual apology "staged" and an attempt at damage control--but that the Dao family does accept the public apology issued to them.
